Another crazy week in the life of Sever! Highlights include trekking to the Devil’s Punchbowl with photographer Jordan Letketmann http://www.jordanletkemann.com/ where there’s a killer view of Steel City and a massive light-up cross. As my studio’s in an old Methodist church, I have a thing for crosses and they seem to be hitting big in fashion right now too.
I included a couple behind the scenes shots from the Who Do You Want To Be video. Shout out to The Casbah in Hamilton, for letting us film! Feels like I’ve been there a lot lately, filming, seeing Dodger and the Salads rip it up there last Saturday. (Not to mention Sumo Cyco played there last month.) My guard dogs had a play date with Abbie a gorgeous lab and got pretty muddy playin’ in the dirt.

Love 24hr retro diners with greasy food, especially after a night of drinking. Loved that my hair and lipstick matched the colors, so I had to have a mini photo shoot! Can’t show you too much of the video shoot that went down on Friday… just know that you’re in store for another full-fledged CYCO music video REAL soon! MD and I are headed downtown to see Legs play w Every Time I Die tonight should be a good show. Can’t wait to see Legs kick some ass!

Trippin’ to Toronto at night, bathroom mirror photos, MD’s Bob Marley Cover Band, Rehearsal w Sumo Cyco, decked out docs, and MD’s Clutch jacket.
I’ll be coming back to a colder, darker place. Truth is I really miss #CycoCity and can’t wait to get back in the studio. MD13 has some new tracks brewing and I just have to finish the melodies & lyrics before I get home. I have been loving the R&R, getting away from the everyday is sometimes very essential to renew inspiration. I cut the umbilical chord to my phone the past two weeks which has been easier than I thought. We really don’t need machines to make us happy or feel connected. However, I am typing on a keyboard right now… just because I love Cyco Citizens so much!
The contents of my suitcase are on the floor and up the walls, really do need to start packing. Totally procrastinating. Stoked to see what my boyz and ladies back home have been up to and excited to put my nose back to the grindstone and work on some new vids and music for ya!
